WipeDrive

Great software! We use it for all of our clients to wipe a hard drive and ensure everything has been cleaned up. Support is amazing as well, for the 3-4 times I've called them for assistance, it's been promptly addressed and taken care of. Highly recommend this product!

I have used White Canyon software for years. I've purchased several of their products but most recently Media Wiper, developed specifically for external media such as thumb drives. Originally I purchased this while running Windows 7, shortly after I installed Windows 10 on the same computer and because I purchased it digitally and downloaded it I was unable to install it into 10. I was able to copy the application onto 10, but when I try to open the application it asks for my activation code. I contacted WC customer service and was informed they no offer activations online. So when I need to wipe a drive I am relegated to logging out of 10, logging into 7, and while wiping the drive am unable to work on 10 where most if not all of my work is. I will never buy any of their products again. Reply to owner.: Great I can buy another piece of software that you will no longer support! No thanks, There's plenty of software out there that don't discontinue. I'll go elsewhere.

Horrible experience. Tried to run the program 3 times and the instructions were right justified on the screen so half of the instructions and buttons to proceed were not in view. The only help you get is an on-line chat, which took over 30 minutes, still to no resolution. Find a product that if you have an issue, you can speak to a human being. My guess is that if you could speak to someone directly, have them visualize and access your computer, you could resolve the issue in 5 minutes. I asked for my money back.

Purchased Wipe Drive Home. It failed to recognize my drives. Contacted customer service but no success. Will not recommend to anyone. I wasted my money

Software works great but the cost is way to much for the average person to afford, i stopped using for that reason, i bought over 100 wipes you figure you would have something like buy 10 get at least 1 free....

The software is okay but they never do update, the release new versions which you are required to but if you want any updates. I also called customer support and they are pretty much useless.

I love WhiteCanyon's WipeDrive product. I've used it many times to clean my old computers - giving them a clean hard drive and extending the life of my machines.

Wipe drive is the best and easiest to use hard drive cleaner that I have used. I would recommend to a friend.
