Was easy to do if you like talking to people on the phone, but like what has been said, nothing is ever good enough for these people, and I was consistently in the top quintile across almost every metric. On top of that I had to file a wage claim with Utah State Labor Board because Focus wouldn't pay me my commissions. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it was easy work that's it.

Saved me when I desperately needed a job. But some of the things you see in these reviews are unfortunately true. They have Larry Walters there and he is awesome, they have books about this guy. However one superhero is not enough for the whole galaxy.

During the hiring and training process, I've noticed signs showing serious lack of character. Still, I decided to give them a shot. These folks didn't deserve it, however. In short, they behaved like politically minded Liberal scum. Feminist extremists. far-Leftist behaviors. That about does it. During the course of their training process the trainer decided to lie about my performance. Unfortunately, a young girl was hired the same time I was. This "victum" just so happened to be the daughter of a older woman who apparently had worked here for years. Think of her as the kind of lady that you can clearly tell always has her mind somewhere elae as she has other motives that she's after. She was always in a bad "I know everyting" attitude as well. Needs to take a daily chill pill to relax kind of person. Anyway, the lady (mother) and the "trainer" both cofronted me for a immediate meeting during the classes BREAK. Mind you, I am a obviously half blind individual with vision problems. I was open about it to back then but was able to perform my work without any out the ordinary problems and didn't need assistance. I was inappropriately accused of inappropriately touching the daughter in a sexual way and that it was all on video. In a professional manner, I called'em on it and I was right. The mother of the girl thought it best to try a scare tactic to get me to "admit" to doing this act, which I hadn't even committed. So of course I refuse, but they kept pushing hard however, constantly referencing a video which I knew couldn't exist since I didn't even do such an act. So I asked to see the video, both her and the trainer expressed that they didn't have to show me the video.and on the spot I was fired. I was still on break but they insisted to have me in on that meeting during unpaid time; during which I was fired. No cops were called. No charges were filed. I was never contacted again. Obviously, both that administrator (or whoever she was) and that trainer were complete liars, lacking in character and integrity in every detail. If the video existed, you'd had character to report me in the first place... Very unprofessional environment. When I received my paycheck in the mail some two-three weeks later, I was not only cut way short of my actual deserved pay but all my call attempts and left messages proved fruitless. If I knew what I know now, I would have taken these guys to court for damaging my reputation, wrongful termination and false accusation. I'm sure there's a legal term for the pay that was cut short for which I was owed. From my experience, the company and the victum-wannabe are unprofesaional, dishonest & backless folk. The trainer and that other lady were clearly on some hyped up 3rd/4th wave feminist garbage as well, as if females need to fight for more rights these days... They also brought their political views and far-leftist agendas inside the workplace. I'll add that while at the time I used to be visually impaired and was legally half blind, I was still able to see well enough to work while performing all job roles and functions without assistance or any special software. Therefor, no such "accident" could've been done in my case as I carried 20/80, 20/70 incorrectable vision. Although my time with the company goes back to about two years ago. From what I've learned from other reviews on Google and other Web sites I doubt that much, if anything, has changed since my time with the company. All the opinions and reviews they lied to us about back then, all of which for us turned out to be true, are still being listed as fresh reviews today. Even after 2 long years. Doesn't look like they know what they're doing. Should Focus try to sway any negative claims against their positive image, know that they wouldn't have so my bad reviews for no reason at all. So many bad reviews are indicative and can't be taken lightly. Plus, they lied to my entire class of their rep. as well. Be weary of this company!

It's a okay work place very detailed info super helpful trainers 5/5 stars (in training) (doesn't stay that way more info below) (after getting out of training) After few weeks on the phones no do not work here. 0/5 stars The people on the phones are usually nice and just want they're problem delt with just frustrated with whatever thee issue is. The statistics you have to reach are almost impossible to reach on skill and are almost entirely luck of the draw you can't sell something to someone who doesn't need the service I'm not saying not sure about it I mean genualy not need it. Or trying to keep someone who can't be convenced or whatever other spesfic project they have you on. The chain of logic is the same So you end up never feeling good enough and having no path to getting better or improving your skills because that doesn't actually matter after each shift until you either quit or give up on your self esteem

We hired them to do our Christmas campaign, it was excellent. The ability to scale our campaign was so valuable. We ended earning more in our Christmas season than in the rest of the year combined and I contribute a lot of that to Focus Services and the way they handled our campaign.

I will never work here ever again. I heard it improved since 2011. But this isnt a place you should let kids work unless they can take the sexual intell the other coworkers express. Extremely stressful environment that is not safe.

If I Died And Went Straight To Hell It Would Take Me At Least A Week To Realize I Wasn't Working at focus anymore.

Every day at work I was told I was not performing well enough, despite repeatedly being a top performer of the month.
