ZERO STARS Avoid this company by all means. Johnny not only lacks professionalism but after receiving payment, he refused to answer my calls. The two times he did, he promised he would get back to me by next day with plans or an update. He never did, does not respond to emails, won't pick my calls. He promises the world and makes away with your 50% deposit once you paid. If you decide to use him, please I beg of you do not make any payment to him as that would be the last you would hear from him or see your payment materialize to nothing. No delivery, no updates, no follow up, completely broke off every communication to him. AVOID THIS COMPANY (JOHNNY IS THE OWNER). USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Great communication until I gave him a down payment. Put no effort into my website, 3 months later I have nothing to show. Dodges my calls and doesn't respond to my texts.

My service Rep was hard to get ahold of. Missed every appointment time and then expected me to drop everything when he finally did get in touch. I paid $400.00 and have nothing to show for it. He did create one page for the 404 error. Started with the Google console but never finished it. Still have not heard from him. He blames a lot on Google Console. Phone calls go straight to voice mail. No response to my texts. This is my last resort to get him to finish the job or explain why he won't.

This guy stole my money he won't finish my project I already paid for and left my website messy.

Johnny developed a very nice website for me that is attractive and easy to negotiate. He does updates for a reasonable fee. Occasionally, there is a time lapse between the request and the time the changes are posted as you might expect with incremental updates. Overall, I am very pleased with his work.

I was excited to work with Johnny, as he appeared competent and helpful. I paid him, met with him in person, and literally NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN.

I chatted with Johnny on the phone in early March 2023, initially to discuss website analytics, speed, and redesign. He seemed eager to get to work an assured me we could accomplish our goals within a couple of months. I paid $840 upfront (mistake on my part!) and received multiple appointment cancellations, late to arrive, and very poor to no communication. I did everything he asked of me and needed some clarifications -- to that, I received no response. I've reached out via email, phone, text and a submission on his website to see what the status is, what next steps there are, etc. I really wanted to work with him and believed he could help. I would NOT recommend him or his company to anyone I know or care about. As a new business owner, the amount of time and money I spent was a big gut punch and I'm disappointed he does business this way.

My website looks good but there were a lot of things that Johnny mentioned doing but never completed. It was also hard to get a response from Johnny - I needed more communication about timelines and goals for the project. He was responsive at first but as the project continued, he didn't answer my calls or emails. Disappointed in how it ended but the work that he did complete was good.
