We onboarded with NetWize a few months ago and it has hands down been the best experience ever. We have used other managed IT providers in Utah, and NetWize is by far the BEST MSP in Salt Lake City, Utah. We didn't realize how far out of compliance we were on our security with our previous IT providers, but NetWize was able to come in and audit our environment, do a deep dive with us, and improve our security posture right out of the gate. We really loved our onboarding experience with them, as they were so detailed in their discovery of our business, and they focused on how they could enable IT to help our business be more efficient, instead of just focusing on the break/fix issues alone. Every single one of my coworkers enjoys the interaction with the NetWize team. Each team member is so polite and patient with us, and we learn so much as they work with us. Netwize has consistently failed to follow up on reports of suspicious emails, raising concerns about security and responsiveness. Timely action on phishing and scam-related emails is critical in protecting company data and employee information. Unfortunately, repeated attempts to flag these concerns have been met with either delayed responses or no action at all. A more proactive approach and better communication would significantly improve their service."

Reese was very helpful, fast, and efficient in getting my technical issue solved. He was also very informative and friendly. This company does a great job at training their employees to ensure complete customer satisfaction. He made me know 100% that I was not disturbing him and that he was happy to do his job! Great job!
