The tech support at Wasatch IT have always been great. They are equally nice and helpful whether I have an issue/difficulty because of a network/email/computer/software problem or a user error. I have not ever been made to feel dumb when talking with them about my problems. I get follow up phone calls to make sure a problem has been resolved a day or two later and it is nice to know that they care if I can do my work or not. If they are unable to fix a problem over the phone and remoting into my computer they will come and work on the problem in person. They are friendly and professional and I really appreciate that. I also really appreciate that if I have had Sean or Spencer work on something for me, I can call and ask for them to help me and the others don't get offended. IF the tech who worked on my computer is not available for some reason, Wasatch keeps notes on the work they have done on my computer and another tech can jump in and help at anytime. It is the best of both worlds. Thanks guys for helping me to be able to get my work done!
