XMission

I had to work with XMission's support extensively for a month while trying to get my fiber installed through several other companies. We live in an old home and the internet runs on a pole in a neighbor's yard. Every 4-7 days I was reaching out to XMission because there was 0 communication from the initial install company who took the longest to get it done. Rosalie with Xmission was always happy to follow up, make some calls to get an update, and relay the information back to me--same or next--day. Their support is incredible. I'll recommend them to anyone.

We've only been with XMission for a few months, but they have absolutely blown us away! The speeds are simply AMAZING--like lightning! And let's talk about their support--it's off the charts! I only had to call in once in the middle of the night, and the kind gentleman who answered was incredibly patient and sweet. He stayed on the line with me until my modem was up and running, ensuring I had everything I needed before ending the call. I am beyond impressed with the incredible speeds, fantastic pricing, and top-notch customer service. XMission is truly deserving of an A+ in my book!

Overall been super pleased with the service I have gotten from xmisison. I came from another ISP utopia and had issues with latency, when I switched those issues went away immediately. Their customer service is top tier, I've only had to call in due to questions and getting a static Ip set up. They worked quickly and treat you like an adult. Been super pleased!

I received excellent service via the chat support function. The person in the chat answered my numerous questions to set up my email account online and on my cell phone. He was very patient and stood by as I went through the entire process and was confronted with a technical or unfamiliar issues. The support person answered my questions immediately and I could accomplish what I set out to do. I am very grateful for XMission emails and their online chat support service.

I had an outstanding experience with XMission's on-call technician! I was dealing with a frustrating WiFi issue, and they stayed on the phone with me for two hours to make sure everything was resolved. Their patience, professionalism, and deep knowledge made all the difference. Throughout the call, the technician explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and kept troubleshooting. Great company servicing a great product with outstanding customer service. I've never had a problem with their service that they couldn't help me with, or point me in the right direction. I had a snafu with billing one time(my fault) and they were able to help me out and get it straightened out as well. Incredible team.

The best ISP I've dealt with. Support staff know English and don't treat you like a toddler, no data caps as of march 2025, excellent pricing and service quality. Comcast couldn't pay me to go back.
