Upward was a totally different experience--Jared (owner of Upward) was reasonable and more than delivered on his commitments. He thoroughly answered every question I had. I'm not great with technology and Jared patiently walked me through several tasks that I had to be involved in due to the nature of my site. Without being asked, Jared worked evenings and weekends.
