Customer Reviews & Testimonials
What a fabulous spot! We were so impressed by the proximity to Zion & ease of access to the park. But even more so, after a long few days of hiking the comfort of our room was such a treat that we wish we could have stayed longer. Super clean with great amenities, bedding & towels, we felt like we were in a sanctuary. Another plus was the superior service provided by the staff (shout out to Bourke!). But every person with whom we interacted was friendly & helpful. As for food, our one meal downstairs at the Scout was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend & hope to be back soon!
Love this hotel, and please believe me when I say that the staff are the absolute best ever. LOVE this place and will stay there every single time. Restaurant was one of the best places to eat in Zion, it was our favorite of our 4 days there. Right in the middle of town near bus stops, absolutely killer views of the mountains, clean room and bathrooms, quiet, again super friendly, perfect place. Ron the GM run a terrific shop, and you will love the front desk crew.....all of them fantastic.
Absolutely loved my stay near Zion! The room was beautifully appointed--clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. I especially appreciated the little extras like the complimentary coffee and the water vessel refill station in the front lodge--both were such thoughtful touches that made a big difference each day. The location was perfect--just a short walk to great shops and restaurants, and most importantly, right near the shuttle stop into Zion National Park. Being able to skip the hassle of parking and hop on the bus made exploring the park so much easier. I'd gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars without a doubt!
This hotel is great! The location is perfect for going to Zion and just being in town. Walkable to the shuttle and restaurants. The room was clean and remodeled. The pool area is great for families. There is laundry available for a small cost. Every room has a Nespresso machine and the front desk will give you more pods if needed. Our stay here was awesome!
I believe a lot of the <4 star reviews are from guests who stayed during the construction period. I cannot see how anyone would rate this property <4 stars in the current, beautiful, post-renovated state. The location is amazing, the rates are very reasonable (note: I stayed during off peak winter season), the rooms are completely updated with a great aesthetic, and the restaurant was delicious (with reasonable prices). I cannot imagine staying elsewhere in Zion. For loyal Marriott guests, I have never stayed at the SpringHill Suites, but the location isn't as ideal. At Red Cliffs, you could opt to walk into Zion National Park, which during peak season, may be very appealing as the entrance car line can extend for blocks. The only negative I have to share is that service was slightly lacking. The room attendant didn't refill our coffee pods or bath lotion. Trying to contact the front desk to request these items, or separately request late check out, was difficult as no one answers the hotel phone. Both were minor inconveniences as walking to main building is quick, from any building on property. Overall, still 5 stars and we'd definitely return!
Amazing stay! This hotel made our visit to Zion the absolute best. From amazing front desk service to clean rooms with amazing design, to the proximity of the park and amazing pool area. We were about half a mile away from the entrance of Zion with the city shuttle stopping right in front of the hotel. We could walk to the park, and various restaurants and shops. We were truly in an ideal location. A special shoutout to Burk at the front desk for assisting us with our reservation, he made check-in so easy and was personable and kind. Also shoutout to I believe her name was Kaitlyn (Long black hair, sweet girl) for making checkout so easy for us! I hope we will have the chance to return in the future. Thank you, Red Cliff!
The hotel is cute, comfortable beds, a great location close to the shuttle and restaurants but appears to be under staffed and to not quite have things together. I had reserved and prepaid a one bedroom suite with a balcony but was given one room with no balcony. I was told that they were all booked and the room we had was the only one left. The woman at reception was very nice (I should have gotten her name) and tried to be helpful. She said she would reimburse me the difference between the rooms. I am still waiting for it to go through. Otherwise, they ran out of pillows for the pull out sofa bed and towels for the pool. It was hard to find someone to assist. There was in room Nespresso which was greatly appreciated, but the coffee in the dining room was just brown water. I think the place has potential it's just not there.
Room very comfortable. Nice decor, very fitting for location. Pool had lots of cabanas, although bathrooms were under construction, which was inconvenient. Downsides were trouble getting towels. Every day we received fewer towels than we had people. One time we had two (extra!) clean towels plus our hung to dry towels and still ended up with too few after they cleaned the room. And once they dropped of extra sheets when we asked for towels. During our stay they were re-asphalting using a spray technique that deposited a lovely layer of asphalt on our car, even though we were not parked in the sectioned off area. The person at the front desk provided some misleading information. Do your own research.
