What a treat to be able to stay here! It was early in the season and we were able to get a room not too far in advance. Of course you can't beat the location and the room was nicer than we had anticipated. I was happy to see recycling in the room. Although there was some hustle and bustle, it was overall very quiet in early March. The restaurant was a great surprise as it was affordable and quite good. We had the steak and the fish and both were excellent. Overall service was friendly. Definitely stay there if you can snag a room!

The Zion lodge is right inside the Zion National Park. Plenty of parking. Rooms were quaint. Only problem were the pillows were very uncomfortable but all else was perfect. Nice lobby area to use WiFi and sit and relax for a bit. Cafe to get a quick drink or snack. Outside had an area where they sell beer. Beautiful views. Rooms were very nice. Upstairs in lobby is a restaurant. We had dinner there and it was delicious. Kevin was our waiter and he was amazing. So much nicer to stay right inside the park. It's a must do.

I stayed here for two nights in March 2025. Staying in any national park lodge is an incredible experience and the Zion Lodge is no different. One of the many perks of staying here is that you can drive on part of the Zion Canyon road that no other vehicles (other than the shuttles) can drive on. Staying here also allowed me to get on a very early shuttle to the Temple of Sinawava before most others arrived in the park. I found the accommodations to be very nice. I had a second floor room in the Watchman building. My room faced the back, which meant it was totally a nature view. I sat on the patio a couple of hours one evening. Very relaxing. Bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities were great. The food in the restaurant was just meh so you might try and eat in Springdale.

I love to stay in park lodges for the location. Zion lodge is in the canyon with towering mountains all around. Amazing waking up to the mountains and watching sunrise. No luggage service if your room is upstairs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is just average, nothing to get excited about but good enough for a couple of days. One of our friend was in a king suite and it provided ample space for gathering and playing games. Shuttles are constant to go to other stops for hiking and never had to wait for long. We had blizzard like conditions one day but enjoyed just playing games and watching the scenery from the rooms. Spent 2 nights here and then moved to Springdale for 3 nights and it worked out great for our itinerary. Was ready for a good cup of coffee by the time we went to Springdale so if coffee is important to you, you may want to bring your own.

I had a great experience at the Watchman Building of Zion Park Lodge. I had a double queen room on the second floor facing the back. The views from the balcony patio were incredible, and I spent a couple hours out there during my stay.||Staying here isn't especially cheap, but neither is staying in Springdale, so I would stay here first just because of convenience. That said, it fills up fast so make sure you make your reservations really early.||I would skip the restaurant. It is nothing to write home about, which is a shame because it is a beautiful room.

If you are not spending a lot of time in Zion area, staying at the lodge is a great idea!! We stayed in a cabin, which was comfortable and cute. Being able to jump on the shuttle early, and avoid the crowds down at the visitor center is worth the price! Sitting on the porch for sunset, and watching the sun come up along the rock was so beautiful! The front desk was a bit kurt because my name is difficult and they don't like the company I made my reservation through (make direct book the best deal and avoid that), and most of the employees seemed to be having a bad day, but that wasn't going to change the impact of the parks splendor

The location is wonderful but beware, the rooms are not maintained well. Our shower was very clogged. The fireplace will not work in the cabins if it's not winter season even if it gets very cold at night (which is not stated anywhere on their website nor did the workers there know about it until we got there). The phone there doesn't work either. Not a place I'd expect for paying almost $400/night. I requested to speak to a manager couple of times but I haven't had any response so hopefully they get these issues fixed. Very disappointing to have a beautiful place run by people who don't care about the guests.

This is such a pretty resort. The views are phenomenal! We enjoyed our stay here. We love the lodge feel of it. The restaurant in the Lodge is terrible. We had a dinner reservation and they were out of the chicken (menu is already very limited). Then, tried for breakfast and we were told there was "maybe" a 30 minute wait (there were very few tables seated). They advised us very few people showed up for work. They all looked miserable and very unhappy to be there. From the night before to the next morning the vibe in the restaurant really needs some work. Hopefully, they can figure it out since it really has potential!
