Trevor and Trillium understood and owned my problem, had the expertise to solve it, and were patient and kind in their approach. Definitely a class act! Their friendly IT Support staff if always quick to respond to our needs when they come up, but they've done such a great job in their initial setup and are so proactive with their updates, monitoring, updates and regular maintenance, we hardly ever have to call. It's such a refreshing change to have a Managed IT Services provider who's not only available to help out on site when we need help, but also goes out of their way to create a remote IT Support setup that allows us to communicate with them and get help anywhere we are in the US or even internationally. Since we work with a wide-variety of clients including Government contractors, it's comforting to know Symtec has our back. Just a good group! Great IT service and repair! They fixed my laptop right away. They were also able to recover almost all of the data on my external drive that had failed. I had so many pictures and files that they recovered for me. I am so grateful. Very impressive work. They even delivered my items to me at work. I will definitely call them again for any computer related repairs that come up.

Randy was friendly, patient, and thorough during the whole process and resolved our issue on the same day. He was also very communicative as he did his research, and I was able to follow the steps he did on my machine so that I could help others in my organization with their computer settings to prevent future issues.
