Hosting Vermont

Found out from one of my customers that my web site was down. Called VT hosting and it is a ghost town and nobody returns my calls or emails. I was never provided with a back up for my website and had to pay another provider to rebuild my site and get it back up. A month or so ago I learned Jim was in the hospital for health issues and I suspect that may be the case again but have no idea and have got zero response from anyone at VT hosting.

These people do not provide customer support. I had two websites with them for 20 + years. One day I got a call from a customer telling me my sites were down. I checked it out and sure enough they were. I called customer support several times and left messages. They never returned my calls. To this day they have ghosted me and refuse to call They are terrible. Find someone else. If I had to rate them it would be minus ten stars.

Hosting Vermont has been off-line and not answering/returning calls for the past two weeks. Their site is completely down as well---I need my website live in order to run my business.

My calls always reach a real person immediately or I get a quick call back from a voicemail I have left. Willing to spend time working with me and coaching me through any issues I have.... even when the problem is my confusion or lack of knowledge. A local business with a very personal approach to customer service. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Jim for several years. He rebuilt our web-site for us, which had been our 4th rebuild. He was fast, efficient and had great communication skills. As a busy business owner, artist and grandmother of 5, it is a blessing at how he keeps and eye on the site for us. Whenever I have a problem with my E-mail, I give Jim a call at Hosting VT and he very calmly explains the problem and suggests a fix for it. Always prompt and professional. Very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them!

Websites not working, can't contact company and my website has been redirected to a spam website. HELP!
