After four years as a paying client, Union Street Media completely dropped the ball when I needed them most. I asked for a straightforward transition when I changed companies -- something that should've been routine. Instead, I was met with delays, poor communication, and a final product that was shockingly bad. The website looked like it was slapped together by someone with no design sense or pride in their work -- amateurish at best, embarrassing at worst. It was clear that once I wasn't a shiny new client, I became an afterthought.
