In early 2020 I spoke with Stephen Waite of Care Management Solutions to handle my healthcare billing with the request that I be notified within 30 days of any errors in the billing process. I was told I would be notified sooner than that, thus I arrange for their billing services. Not long after that I saw that I was not being notified, had to send multiple inquiries about claims and remittences that ended up being delayed. There was a breakdown in communication and follow up. I was told by Mr. Waite that they prefer to minimize communication with customers. Concurrent with efforts to improve communication on billing services was a significant increase in their charges, with no prior notification as to why. After the spike in charges and lack of notification was questioned not was done again in their last and final bill.

I signed an agreement for the support of the Open EMR for my practice with Mr Stephen Waite on July 7 2020. After 10 weeks of communications and promises to upgrade the EMR I just received an email that the company would not be able to provide the services and my office should look for someone else. Do yourself a favour, look for someone else, don't waist your time
