As the (self taught) social media person for the Vermont 50 Mountain Bike or Ultra Run, I was totally freaking out when my current web hostess told me she was retiring. She offered to assist in anyway but I was still very stressed about moving the website. A friend recommended that I contact Jon and after a few minutes over the phone we had a plan in place to make the transfer as quick and as painless as possible. The transfer and new account set ups took maybe two days and was seamless. Jon followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable with the move and walked me through how to access everything.
