But Itomic quickly became familiar with our set-up and not only showed us how to take advantage of the new capability of the upgraded software but provided advice and guidance to help us improve our website design. Honestly very disappointed with the overall support we have received from them. Always asking for more money even when the website is broken because of an error that they have made. Will be finding a new developer for maintenance. Would not recommend for any development as you will find yourself paying far more than they quote for the job. Edit: Even more disappointed that Ross is not accountable for his teams work, i have sent you an email with proof that we have been working together for 2 years. Downgrading to 1 star due to disappointing response.
