After over 14 years using this company they cut off my email account. I was overseas working and was about to return home. I used this email account for work and also had all my travel plans stored in this account. Including return tickets, accommodation and so on. I contacted Melbourne IT and requested they turn my account back on, this request was refused until I supplied certain documents and information. This information was in my email account or at my office in Sydney. I explained my situation and was advised until I supplied this information nothing could be done. I advised the amounts I had been charged over the previous few months by Melbourne IT from my credit card but was still refused access. After repeated attempts and refusals I contacted hotels and airlines and got the information sent to a gmail account I setup to receive this information. Upon my return I provided the information and my account was reinstated, no emails were received or sent in this period my account was frozen. I asked why this occurred numerous times and was ignored or advised they did not know. Needless to say I now have a Gmail account that works all the time and is free. I lost business and a lot of time and had a very stressful few weeks trying to retrieve information on overseas flights and accommodation. BE CAREFUL 'MELBOURNE IT' DID NOT CARE EVEN AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 14 YEARS!!!!!!

I have been an account holder with Melbourne IT for a number of years & have always been extremely happy with the level of professionalism & support- I recently added 1 of my domains to my iCloud account- this task was facilitated by Max @ Melbourne IT who assisted me by applying the correct values so I now have an awesome functioning domain email account- thanks Max fantastic work- best regards Jeff (Planet Safari Pty Ltd)

Melbourne IT's support service was extremely disappointing. They seem to prey on customers with little IT knowledge. I experienced unhelpful advice with a patronising attitude from the support person regarding a simple email setup issue my father was having. Many explanations they lady provided were full of jargon but didn't actually answer the question or provide a solution. This lack of support was frustrating and inefficient. I would not recommend them for those needing reliable tech support. The issue remains unresolved.

One of the best technical assistance calls I have had. I am pretty computer illiterate at times and the assistant was patient and we had a good laugh before solving all Of my It issues! Well Done Melbourne IT

Jack was excellent in helping to resolve the issue, providing information, being patient and also had a good sense of humour. He didn't try to rush the process or talk down to you. A good 'brand' asset.

Excellent assistance from Max. Was in urgent need of help as my colleague who handles all the company accounts was away sick, and Max got me through a very difficult time I was experiencing All ended up well. Great service.
