I'm completely sure that being a part of Digital Envision is one of the great experiences I'll never forget. Besides it's my first permanent job, values applied by this company are beyond amazing. One of them we pride the most is work-life balance. I can't believe such a company implementing this kind of principle does exist. It's not nonsense at all only to attract candidates to join the company. Another thing I should say is that Digital Envision is a supportive environment to learn and grow with fabulous people. Working in Digital Envision is amazing! Since I am a freshgraduate, I dont even have a slightest idea about company out there. All I know that as a employee, we must do what our boss wants, end of the line. But, I dont feel the same way here! I have freedom to express my ideas, suggestions without fear being laughed at. We have great office, with snacks, coffee, board games. Well, maybe it sounds ordinary for some of you which work in Start Up or Agency before. What makes Digital Envision special is our long-term goal. We dedicate to build a rare disease (ex. alzheimer) facility to help communities in the future. Maybe this world isn't as bad as I think it is.
