ALX Community - Waterfront

ALX is great! There's not much more to say but I will anyway. The employees are the friendliest and most helpful folk you could ever hope to encounter, and the space is beautiful. Our company leased space on what was originally supposed to be a relatively short term basis and we've been here for 2.5 years with no plan to leave because everything is great. I've yet to have anything but an amazing experience for me or or our clients.

As a remote organization, we hold quarterly, in-person meetings with staff each year. ALX Waterfront was the perfect location for our team to come together to tackle strategy and strengthen connections. Christopher was a huge help in helping us prepare for the meeting, and Luis was a phenomenal host and venue supervisor who made sure we had everything we needed. The venue itself is professional, modern, extremely clean, and well resourced. The weather was beautiful, and we were able to enjoy the a view of the water over lunch. Wonderful location with great food options nearby!

I had the absolute most amazing experience using the ALX community facility. From the moment I submitted my first inquiry to the very last minute of my party, it was phenomenal. The staff was very responsive, already professional, and very helpful! I would use this facility 100x's again. It was very clean, nice, and spacious. We recently hosted an event at ALX Community and really enjoyed our time. The location near King Street was very convenient for our attendees. The main lobby area has lots of windows which allowed for tons of natural light, ensuring that the photos taken at our event turned out great. The venue was clean, well organized and the staff made sure to answer all our questions and address our concerns leading up to the event. Things went really smoothly day of!

ALX was the perfect place for our ceremony! From the moment we began working with Kelly, Amari, and Louis, they made everything feel so seamless and intimate. The team was fantastic to work with, making sure everything was just right and ensuring our ceremony felt special and personal. I would absolutely recommend ALX for any event you're planning--they made our day unforgettable.

Joining this community was one of the best decisions I'v ever made; wonderful staff and members, ample amenities, professional but relaxed and casual working environment, accessibility to restaurants and waterfront views that Old Town offers to name a few. I would gladly recommend ALX Community to all.

This ALX Waterfront space is GREAT! The location is amazing, its clean, and has great technology. We recently utilized the conference space for a 55 person team meeting. The staff at ALX were fantastic, especially Luis! He was always responsive and helping when needed. He made my job a lot easier on site. Thanks ALX team and Luis! I hope to use this space again for our team meeting.

ALX Communities and their respective teams couldn't be any better for this type of a product. Their space is very cool, the team is even cooler, and the environment is very much a community (no pun intended!) As a business owner, once we moved away from our own bricks and mortar, we have gone to co-working spaces in multiple cities. ALX Community's facilities are far superior to any we've used, We-Work, Regus, etc. In this team and its space(s) you will feel supported, any needs that arise will be handled, typically on this spot if during office hours and you will want for nothing.
