We worked with Freshy Sites to create our website. Jorge was our main point of contact. He was always very quick to respond to any questions we had, and communicated extremely well every step of the way. We gave a LOT of feedback, and requested a TON of changes while the site was being developed. But every time we made a change, it was handled very efficiently, and our requests were adhered to precisely. Our entire experience with FreshySites, from proposal to post launch, was PHENOMENAL. FreshySites gives personal attention and everyone on the team is patient which is exceptionally important to those of us who are not very tech-savvy! We highly recommend FreshySites for customer service, expertise, and price.

FreshySites has excellent customer service, particularly the Support Team, who is very responsive to most if not all requests for assistance. They usually turn around requests very quickly, often same day, and offer resources for learning how to edit things on our own and even an occasional personal video tutorial. Thus far, I rate that team specifically 5 stars. Our initial training session for people who do not manage content on a website, mostly, was ok. We learned some helpful things, but the training was done in a way that assumed most of us were CMS experts. That could have been avoided if we were asked the level of expertise we had coming into the training or, to be fair, if I had thought it would be important to mention that up front. While I have had some positive interactions with other members of the FreshySites team, like our project manager during the website build who did a ton of work on our behalf, there have been some miscommunications that set us back on an already short timeline for the build (that suddenly got even shorter), straightforward questions I had to ask repeatedly until I got an answer, and a major component of our website, which I thought was going to be ready by launch date but is still unresolved. The fact is they got us launched by our final deadline, which became an unfair crunch for FS's team, and we are very grateful for that and all their hard work to build a lot of pages much faster than any of us would have preferred.
