American Brand Designer

No stars would be the accurate rating for this company. I am a small business owner, and I have a small budget. The company agreed to work with a small monthly budget and make minor improvements on the site until everything was working to perfection. The main goal was to fix a few errors in Google Merchant, and maintain the web page. I have a low-maintenance page; press a button and do the plugin updates, that is all. For Google Merchant, I needed to fix the category for the product, which I only sell one product, and the shipping information. We discussed their bad reviews during the interview before hiring them, but I trusted them because at least they had reviews and were based in the US. After making the first payment, I got a call and had to have a 45-minute discussion because they insisted on building a new web page, and I emphasized fixing the Google Merchant errors. This was ridiculous; it was like dealing with a stubborn salesperson. Since I did not agree to have a new site, they went silent, and I had to call them to follow up. They agreed to work on Google Merchant, and I went from having three errors to having the entire inventory flagged. In addition, they never access the web page to update the plugins. I realized they did not have the expertise to manage a web page or Google Merchant, and their intent was only to build a new web page and charge me for it. The company took my money and left me in worse shape. This was a monthly agreement, and I terminated it. I would have let them build anything and charge anything if they did what I wanted first to show I could trust them. The terrible reviews about this company are genuine, and you cannot trust this company. I gave them a chance after reading the reviews; you should not.

I wish I could say good things about American Brand. At first I was impressed with them and liked their pricing. Then I realized they misspelled a word in my logo. I asked them just send me over the branding files so that I could know fonts and colors we should be using. Instead of giving me the files they tried to tell me that my domain was hosted with them, which it was not and charge me 1200 bucks to have them host it And held those graphics hostage. Sadly, I was going to do more work with them, but they really messed this up

If I could give them zero stars I would. My horrid journey with this company began in August 2023. My project manager at the time was unable to fulfill his promises to me supposedly due to personal reasons. I filed a credit dispute and attempted to sever the relationship at that point. I was then called by said manager and bullied me into giving them a second chance against my better judgement with a new project manager. I had hopes it would get better, alas it got worse. No matter how many times I told them what I wanted I continued to receive nothing other than photos of a half filled in website template that wasn't at all what I wanted or needed. After months of trying to make this work, still having nothing to show for the money I spent (no website, no logo, no domaine name) I decided to finally sever this relationship. Instead of refunding my money, Samuel proceeded to bully me and blame me for it not being done properly. He wouldn't let me speak, in fact continued to talk over me instead of listening to me. It has since been sent over to their "compliance" department, which I do not believe exists as they have not called me in over a week when I was told "24-48 hrs". It is now January 2024, service was requested in August. I write this review in the hopes that it will prevent anyone else from being taken advantage of the way I have been. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

I randomly selected American Brand Designer from the internet and what a fantastic choice I've make. They design and built my website for me with style. The decision to use American Brand Designer was the perfect choice as they worked with me hand in hand to develop my website to perfection. Thanks Jason, Jordan and the entire American Brand Design, you guys are absolutely amazing.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company!! Jordan and his team are absolutely incredible. I had a bad experience with a different website company. The Eliteprowebsite Team stepped in from a follow up when we'd spoke months prior and showed me how a real company works for their customers. From logos, business cards, LLC, websites, etc. After hearing what I'd been through, this company took my small business under their wing. They saw my vision, and saw that I was literally robbed by this other company. They listened to what I dreamt of for my small business and together we brought it to life. This is a legit company that puts their clients first. They stay in constant contact and produce top notch quality product. No matter what size business you are small business like me or a corporate business. They're trustworthy, reliable, and do amazing work. I can't speak more highly of them. I know I'm going to remain using them for as long as my business grows, and for all my business needs. I highly recommend Eliteprowebsite you will not be disappointed with the service(s) they provide you.

I can not rave enough about this company! Jason has been amazing and great customer service! He made it a ease creating my very first website! If I had any questions or concerns they would answer back within an hour or 2 or within 24 hours! I am very happy with the outcome! I would highly recommend this company!

Do not hire them! They promised me A webstore and after three months I still do not have a functioning webstore. They were very slow in responding and I would have to ask at least three times to get stuff done. Shame on me for giving final Payment before the site was complete. They were great at asking for payments, but do Not want to refund my money. Will be going to court now.

They are a highly experienced team in both marketing and design. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their marketing strategy and design elements!
