Service with them was great for many years. However, things have changed over the last 12 months. Don't believe what they say about being responsive. When there is a problem, they don't respond. In fact their CEO Veronica Duckett chose to not respond to issues for several months. The way she handled the problems was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. And their response here is completely untrue. We were never informed anything was out of scope until the response to this post and when we hired someone to cleanup our books they found hundreds of transactions that were not entered using the automatic bank feeds and Maventri added them manually incorrectly. It cost us several thousand dollars to fix their errors.

Maventri was a great find for me. My experience with a different accountant was not so good. I am very pleased with the high level of service. The value to cost is good as well.
