I cannot recommend TechMedX highly enough! It is a very small family owned business, which is always the best in customer care. Shawn is technically brilliant & does not leave without "fixing" your problem. He is patient is explaining what & why. Even if your problem is not run-of-the-mill, he will not stop his work, or close the ticket, until the problem is resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Helpful, works quickly and very convenient as Shawn comes to my home. He has kept my computer and phone working as well as synchronized for many years.

Outstanding first-time experience. Old PC crapped out. Spoke with them on Monday and PC was replaced (w/cloned data fm old PC) on Wednesday! Very responsive and excellent communication. They also offer reasonably-priced support plans. Highly recommend.

Love these guys! Shawn always has the solution for whatever has gone wrong with my computer. He always manages to figure it out. Their annual plan with nightly backups is a blessing b/c I don't have to worry about losing data.
