I have always been happy with the finished product, especially for the price compared to others. The print services are very fast and reasonable for brochures as well. Email always has a quick response from customer service

I have used HomeVisit for years. The past two years I have had bad service including photographers that did not show up or were significantly late for a photo shoot. Just yesterday and today I had an issue with delivery of service and a billing discrepancy. The two representatives I dealt with were unhelpful in the issues. It seems as if the level of service has deteriorated over the years and does not seem to be getting better but instead worse. So much to the point, I am ready to find a new vendor for this service.

If you want your photos to look like you handed a child a camera to take pictures, this is the company for you. They don't review the photos to make obvious edits and changes that spruce them up, they just send u whatever the photographer got. Save your money, time, and patience and go to literally anyone else because whatever u get from them can't be half as bad as what homevisit gives you

I've had the pleasure of using HomeVisit for more than 15 years and continue to be grateful for the services they provide and especially the exceptional people, most notably Bilal Kirkland in Customer Service (additional kudos to the highly skilled photographer, Piers Freezer). While HV has changed hands a few times in recent years, they thankfully understood the importance of retaining incredible staff. Bilal is as incredible as they come...remarkably friendly, professional, and efficient. On those occasions when I have to call HV with questions, it always makes my day to get Bilal on the other end of the line. Thank you for being so awesome, Bilal (& HV)!

Great customer service, always there to help you out. I love their 3D technologie that comes with the floor plans of the property. Most photographers have been there for a while and know exactly what to do, very professional.

Home Visit used to be a great photography source for realtors, but no more. No one in customer service. Appointments cancelled 2 hours before a shoot. Photographers 1 1/2 hours late for appointments. Use someone else, save yourself the aggravation.

Homevisit is amazing, the customer service is always there for you and helpful. They offer a ton of products, which makes everything easier to keep track at the same place. Would recommend!

The photographer neglected to take a photo of the only full bathroom in the home. HomeVisit had absolutely no sense of urgency around this huge error. Have used them more many years and have many hiccups like this over the years, but this time I. Am. Done. Lots of other vendors out there that are less expensive, consistent and do a much better. HomeVisit has become complacent and entitled.
