Compu-Tuneup has helped me considerably with 2 episodes: The first was my laptop, which was not functioning properly. They fixed the issues in a very short time and at a very reasonable price. The most recent interaction was with my home computers, and Jeremy worked at my home to get my computers running great. Over the past five or six years I've left two laptops with Compu-Tune Up. Each time, their communication has been clear, their work has been effective, and their prices have been more than fair. Impressive!! This shop has earned consistently strong ratings for a reason. My experience was no different. We had candid discussions about the repair options for my older laptop (meaning spares are few and far between--and pricey if they can be found!!). I appreciate that the owners/techs were candid and realistic, at all times it was clear the only priority was restoring what I needed (not overselling any repair or new equipment). Ultimately, I have the repair I needed, at a more-than-reasonable price. I could not be more pleased, and highly recommend this shop!! Many thanks!!

Excellent service and reasonable prices! They came to my home and helped with ethernet wiring several months ago. I was happy with that service so they were the first place I went to when the power supply on my PC was going bad. They diagnosed it quickly and fixed it on the spot. Definitely will return when any computer related issues come up.

I am writing AGAIN to thank the awesome Compu-Tune Up experts for so quickly and efficiently fixing my computer woes. I was there maybe ten minutes, if that. The computer was healed and the cost was minimal. I highly recommend this incredible asset to our community!! Wow! I am so excited to have found this resource. I brought in my laptop with a broken hinge...ready to give it up for ten days or more. Jeremy fixed it on the spot. I sense integrity and surely expertise in this business. I had shopped around and their diagnostic fee was much lower than others. I was given options for a permanent fix...or a temporary (maybe a year or more) fix. This, after I watched as he completed the temporary fix right before my eyes. I have great trust in Compu-Tune Up, Inc.
