Seventh Wall

My employer uses Seventh Wall as our resource for any and all tech support, especially with new employee onboarding. I am not tech savvy at all, and no matter the issue, anytime I need help with something I just send them a quick email and I usually hear back within 5-10 minutes and they always are able to offer a solution! They are also extremely friendly and personable. :)

We have used Seventh Wall for many years and are highly satisfied. They arrived fast anytime that we have ever had issues or are happy to try to help troubleshoot over the phone. Would highly suggest anyone (personal or business) reach out to them with any issues!

The team at QuickFix is amazing. They are so accommodating when one needs help. Kreela is my main technician. She understands computers and is able to solve any problem. We have been using QuickFix for all our computer assistance for at least 6 years and have never been disappointed. QuickFix is an excellent full service IT provider. They helped us update server equipment, reset our network, and were a big help with wireless and cellular capabilities we needed to deploy. My whole family has been using QuickFix for years - apparently I've never left a review before, which is a tragedy, so let me remedy that now. QuickFix is a lifesaver. I've been helped by several of the staff members over the years, and they are all highly competent and do incredible, high-quality work. They are: * Extremely effective! In just the last year they've helped me resolve a wide variety of problems, including: my computer randomly shutting down; audio/visual troubles; programs suddenly disappearing without my knowledge or consent; and device synchronization problems. And this just covers the times where I've contacted them about an issue that suddenly popped up - they also do a ton of preventative and early-intervention work behind the scenes. * Professional and courteous. Technology can be pretty stressful, particularly when a problem develops out of nowhere and you don't know if it can be fixed or not. Their friendly, professional manner always helps put me at ease, and makes me feel more relaxed about the problem. * Quick. The staff members respond promptly to calls and emails, and they are able to complete many jobs on the same day that you contact them. I honestly can't recommend QuickFix enough. A+++ work.
