Ting

After many years of having service for Ting we decided to change carriers because their service got WORSE when they were bought out by a bigger company. After moving my service they STILL CHARGED another month of service even though I provided confirmation that the service changed at least one month earlier. Typically, they claimed something about the "user agreement." AVOID Ting altogether!! Bad phone service and bad customer service.

Terrible customer service. Frequent outages (that they never fix quickly). Surprise fees. No better than Xfinity

I have had Ting for over a year...fiber gigabit service right to my house. I have a $500 dollar, 7000 Mbps router and have had Geek Squad at my house testing the bandwidth multiple times. I am only getting on average, 1/5 of the speed I pay for (200Mbps up/down). I have spoken with Ting on at least 4 occasions about this and they have done nothing. This company over charges for inferior internet. I would suggest you pay for typical coax based internet from another company; you will get similar speeds for less money. This company scams residential internet consumers because they can get away with it. Avoid

One truck hits one pole and the entire service goes down for the entire city. Unreliable garbage brought to you by nitwits. -10/10 avoid

Same issue as my roommate. I have a computer and router capable of 1300+Mbps and I am consistently getting 150Mbps. This company is scamming people who use wifi. Avoid.
