Best decision we ever made! 1.5 years ago we discovered that our managed server company was no longer providing managed care. We found this out after having them upgrade our servers at great cost and a major issue came up and they replied that the plan had changed (never informed us) and that they would put it in their queue and there would be an additional charge. We didn't have a choice. Over a week later and we were still in the queue with the same major issue. Called GOT and they immediately knew what the problem was, fixed it on our server before we even agreed to move our 600+ sites to their care. Obviously, we did move, and have never looked back. Absolute top notch customer service with competitive pricing. Jon and team are amazing!
