After a month of my computer not putting a display up and trying to work on it, my wife found Jeterlytics off a google search. After some trail and error, Skyler and I agreed to have a complete rebuild, and I couldn't be more happier with it. And Skyler is one of the best people I've ever done business with. Not only was he cool and knowledgeable, he also taught me a lot and most importantly fair with pricing. If want to support a small business and have problems with electronics, I'd 110 take it here. Skyler Jeter of Jeterlytics arrived at our home on time this afternoon and was very professional. He fixed the problems on my desktop, installed a free computer security program, and removed the costly Norton security program from three computers. I give my highest recommendation to Skyler Jeter and Jeterlytics -- a cooling fan gave out in my older laptop, and I was prepared for the worst trying to get it fixed (way out of warranty, and it'd cost a a fortune -- and who knows how much time -- shipping it off to an ASUS-approved repair site in a different state). Fortunately I found Skyler via recommendations on a local Facebook group, and he solved my problem in a flash. If you've got a computer issue you need help with, by all means contact him and support a local business that does great work. Another thing you don't often see -- NOT upselling a job. While fixing the fan problem, I asked about upgrading the RAM as well. Having recently gotten a big boost by upgrading RAM in my desktop, I was sold on the idea of upping my laptop as well. After researching the issue, Skyler determined that the amount of additional RAM (given the limits of the motherboard) we could add wouldn't be worth the effort, and recommended leaving it as is. I literally can't remember the last time that happened, especially on an upgrade I was already sold on the need for!

I reached out very last minute before a trip to try to get my kid's tablets fixed before we went on vacation...he was very quick to respond and give me the proper info to decide to use him. He met me quickly and was able to fix the issue same day! He was professional and fairly priced and we have had no more issues with the tablets since he helped us.
