My nephew decided to remove his case from his IPhone 7 and of course dropped his phone cracking the screen. I was so upset because there were no local repair places near us. Fortunately I heard about this business and sent my niece to get his phone repaired. The owners were very nice and quick with the repair. The cost was affordable and we got his phone back the same day. My niece did not check the phone before leaving so when my nephew tried to use is camera, it did not work. Luckily I was able call this business and they told me to bring it back in. This business service and customer service was amazing. I had to leave out of town the same day and they made this fix a smooth and seamless process. I highly recommend this business if you need a phone repair. In the northern neck region, this was better than going to the mall or mailing your phone out for repairs. I hope to not need anymore repairs but if we ever do, we will be coming back here! I cracked my phone screen and found Colonial Beach Phone Repair And made an appointment for them to fix it. They were 100 percent professional and extremely accommodating. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend using them for any phone repair issues or questions. They are a fantastic small business.

In short, the owners of Colonial Beach Phone Repair (a husband & wife team) were available, knowledgeable, reliable, & very pleasant. They were available during their posted hours & promptly answered their phone when I called to make an appointment to replace my cracked iPhone screen. When I arrived for my appointment, they were ready & waiting for me. During the 20 minutes or so I waited while my screen was being replaced, we chatted about Colonial Beach & technology, & I learned a few things about both. I definitely recommend Colonial Beach Phone Repair. I really like the fact that I didn't have to drive to Fredericksburg for phone repair.

Danny was awesome. He examined my "dead" phone and although he wasn't able to repair it, he offered some free advice for moving forward. He told me the type of battery to order and gave me talking points should I go to another phone shop. He was honest, helpful, and an overall great guy. We left his office armed with a short term plan to get a decent new phone since we were about to travel, and a plan for transferring my contacts, photos, etc once back in town. Small town good guy.

I unfortunately visit Colonial Beach phone repair much too much because of my clumsy self. Service is great/prompt and cost wise very fair. Both of them are quite knowledgeable and very friendly eager to share information about other products or where to go to get something cost affective. I'm sure I'll be back in the future .

End of a charger broke off inside charging port of an iPhone XR. Called on a Sat afternoon, went straight there and problem was fixed (debris extracted) in 10 mins for just $20. Great knowledgeable service.
