I had been focused on a specific location to host my 60th birthday party celebration since last year. After initial contact the venue went silent. I made contact and was informed that it was now NOT available. I searched everywhere for a venue that could hold over 50 people, but the locations could not support the event. RingSpaces kept showing up on my page and I thought it was an office area and not a venue. I contacted the staff and was given a tour the next day. After reviewing the webpage and seeing event pictures I was still skeptical on the location. I arrived and met Ms. Makayla for my appointment. I didn't think this place would work, but I was wrong. The venue was larger than what we imagined, and the price was very reasonable. After the celebration all I heard was how big this place was and they would recommend it to anyone looking. We will definitely use this place again and I highly recommend it. Thanks Ms. Makayla Smith for your support. FYI. The other location didn't have an event.

I recently hosted an event at RingSpaces and was impressed by how accommodating and flexible their team was. I didn't have a final headcount until the day of and it ended up nearly tripling from what I originally expected. When I reached out to ask about moving to a larger room, they reassured me not to worry and handled the upgrade seamlessly, at no extra cost. Even though my event was scheduled for an hour, they allowed guests to start coming in early around 6:45, which really helped everything flow smoothly. Bringing in catering wasn't an issue either, as long as you clean up afterward, which was totally reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience. The space was clean, the team was easy to work with, and I'll definitely be keeping RingSpaces in mind for future events!

I was in the area for the day, and needed a spot to work comfortably from. I found this place through Google Maps and easily made my desk reservation online. Even though I had to leave earlier than I planned because of a winter storm, I had a great time! I was greeted by Michaela and she gave me a quick tour of the desks available. The chairs are ergonomic and super comfortable, you also a have a monitor available to connect with your laptop.

Great working with Makayla. She was cooperative and helpful with even the most minor requests. The space worked perfectly for our baby shower and the bonus of being handicap accessible was important to us. The cost was reasonable and the location downtown Fredericksburg (with tons of parking) was perfect!

My experience was awesome. I used the space for the first time and Ashley was extremely helpful getting me situated and gave me the run down of the space. I did have some issues with booking for the next day and Ashley, who i presume was already done for the day based on when she messaged me, got my issue resolved and set me up for the following day so i didn't have to worry about it in the morning! That was awesome and definitely shows incredible customer service. 10/10 recommend Ring Spaces for anytime you need a fully equipped office setting for meetings or remote work!

We used RingSpaces for a customized escape room style event. After looking at several spaces with several issues having food or the right area; we found RingSpaces. It was the perfect size, turning three rooms into one large room with dividers. And the staff were amazing to work with. Being very personable and making sure we had everything we needed. Any issue or problem, which we didn't have any, someone was available to help with. Even after cleaning up, one of our folks had an adhesive decoration on a window leaving a line. Although we offered to come back and clean it up, they told us that it was no issue and they would clean it up. I can't recommend SquareSpaces any higher. If you need a wonderfully designed and well attended space for any event; this is the one for you. And the cost is some of the best in the area. They will be our go to spot for any event.

Really great space, extremely comfortable with great functioning new office furnishings. I've never been in a co-working space in the area that provides monitors on all desk tops. The offices and open seating are the best in the area, just my opinion. The location is great and in walking distances to most Fburg down town hot spots for a quick bite or drink. There is a ton of natural light, what I was looking for. The staff is great and I will be back.

Ring Spaces has been awesome for me and my team from the co-working aspect to the podcast studio we love it!
