AirPac has a professional team who provides excellent service and communication prior to - during - and after your special event. As Winchester Wedding Planner and owner of Michelle's Main Event, we've worked with AirPac on numerous events, and they have ensured guests are comfortable, cool enough, and/or warm enough. We are always so thankful they are there! The on-site attendance makes sure all of the quiet, top notch equipment is functioning properly and checks in frequently throughout the night. We highly recommend AirPac!

We couldn't be more thankful for this company and team during our big day! Everyone was so friendly and responsive. There we multiple follow up/confirmation emails throughout the weeks leading up to our big day, just to make sure things were still on track and could run as smoothly as possible. We used this company for our outdoor wedding in August (we all know how summer weather can be). The day was perfect having them on board! When my daughter decided to have her wedding in an unheated barn in the middle of January, I was fortunate to have AirPac take care of our heating needs. They were professional and friendly and took great care to be sure that the temperature was perfect throughout the whole event. I highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and very easy to work with.

An August wedding can be extremely hot and uncomfortable for guests and vendors, so we reached out to AirPac for assistance. Tina and her crew were amazing! Understanding that we did not want the units to be an eyesore, they provided the most discrete option that provided the most maximum comfort in our barn venue. No one even knew they were there. With most wanting to have circulating air and open doors during this Covid time, Tina suggested cooling the barn even with the doors wide open. AirPac has done extensive research to help their brides create a memorable and safe event. Tina expressed taking care of the air we are breathing is one of the most empowering things she could do right now. AirPac went the extra mile providing UVC germicidal lights inside each unit that has been shown to reduce airborne viruses We can not thank Tina and the AirPac team enough! Everyone enjoyed themselves in a perfect cool and safe setting.

I had an amazing experience working with AirPac! Courtney had the initiative to contact me explaining how the ACs work, and it was super simple and easy. She provided a very helpful guide with pictures and good instructions. Bride, groom and all guests were happy how fresh and comfortable the room was for dancing and reception dinner! You may be tempted to skimp on this expense when planning your event. As a Mother of the Bride who hosted a reception on a 90 degree day in late September, I'm most grateful to Air-Pac for keeping our guests comfortable in the reception tent. These folks are knowledgeable, dependable and professional--work up and down the East Coast because yes, they're THAT good at what they do. And what if we'd had a 50 degree day? Our guests would've still been perfectly comfortable. Thank you Air-Pac for being a part of our perfect day!

Our wedding was a very hot day, and the venue we used do not typically contract out to AC until June. Thank you, Air Pac for coming out a week early to make our reception as cool and enjoyable as we could have hoped!
