BattleGrounds Fitness

Just finishing up the Boot Camp, and it has been a great experience. I did not expect to enjoy Cross Fit as much as I do! I think my coaches have been a huge part of that - they have given just the right amount of instruction and encouragement to bring me along without feeling overwhelmed. (And without any injuries, which I was warned about by friends when I first started.) Also love my group - such great people! Thank you, Bobby, Basia, and all my boot camp buddies!

Very underrated place to host a birthday party. We had my son's fourth birthday, and it was perfect. They have age appropriate activities, a large area for cake/food/presents, and awesome staff. The kids had a blast!

I've been a member for almost 18 months. Learning something every week...new moves, new goals, new gains. The owners are very involved and workout alongside members. Very supportive. Much diversity of age, fitness level, goals...yet all are welcome and sweat together. Group workouts are challenging but are easily and routinely modified. Get fit together!

I quit CrossFit for a while and then COVID hit and I was lazy. In December I decided to make life changes and get back in shape. Battlegrounds is amazing. The group of people are a family. Totally welcoming and super supportive. The workouts are fun and challenging. The coaches take time to explain movements so even though I am familiar from my old days people shouldn't worry about not knowing what to do or be intimidated about joining. I have been to over 100 boxes in my lifetime and by far this family exceeds the expectations. I'm so happy I chose to join this family.

This is the BEST gym! No judgement ever only positive reinforcement! It is not just a gym - it is a community! Everyone is so helpful and kind. Whether you are young or old, in shape or trying to get in shape - the instructors help you scale your workout so that it benefits you the best! AND there are fun community activities that you can participate in from hikes, to axe throwing to teen night. This is a great place to get in shape AND make friends!

I have been a member at Battlegrounds fitness for over 2 years and I absolutely love this gym! The supportive community and personal approach are totally unique -- each member is known and valued. Crossfit has been transformative for my mental and physical health and I am grateful to all the amazing Battlegrounds coaches for accompanying me on my fitness journey!

The battlegrounds fitness Boot Camp was a great experience for me. Super helpful to have a coach at every workout session to have the work out of the day very from session to session and to build a new community among the other members at the same session. I would recommend it very highly.
