Declan is an extremely hard working young man who takes pride in his work and has exacting standards. He is friendly, professional, intelligent, creative, and doesn't know the meaning of the word quit. When he sets his mind to something he is going to do it, not just to the best of his abilities, but above and beyond what you would expect. With Declan, the job will be done and you'll be impressed. I find myself consistently in awe that one person can be so varied in talent and have such high drive and motivation, especially in such a young person.
