Honey & Hops Brew Works

If you're new to mead, I can't think of a better place to try it than here! They have a strong selection of mead for all taste buds and preferences. The bartenders/brewers are very knowledgeable and can help prepare a flight selection where you're guaranteed to find something you'll like! Definitely worth a monthly trip to pick up a few bottles

Adore this place as soon as we stumbled on it. The owners are welcoming and friendly, and they are doing their business right.... from the ground up and investing in it as they go. Joined the bottle club pretty quickly, and stop in every chance we can take a trip over the mountains. Kid friendly with games, but the arcade is right there as well, a coffee shop, hobby shop with Lego, and fantastic bakery. The downtown area of Front Royal is a fantastic location to spend the day anyway! Don't miss the chance to try this spot at on main in front royal, try it at a guest tap location, or eventually at their new property. Love the spicy meads they do like Creeper, Helltown lemonade, the seasonals are also awesome, and now they're dabbling in barrel aging. Chef's kiss! Highly recommend. With business practices you can stand behind too... huge win in my book.

This was a really cool little spot to stop at. We were in the area and decided to check it out. We have had mead a few times but never from a place like this. The brewers put their hearts into their recipes and the servers know the ins and outs of the menu. Really great service and overall a great place to stop. We took a bottle home as well back to NY. If you have never had mead I highly recommend going here because you won't be disappointed.

Honey and Hops is an amazing place to rent as a venue. The price to rent out the mead bar as a venue was extremely reasonable, as well as the owner giving the option to host a small event with no cost as long as they still allowed public access. We decided to rent out the venue and it was an amazing night. Both the bartenders for that night Isaac and Nadia were more than we could have ever asked for in terms of kindness and bartenders. Our guests for our wedding who attended the event at Honey and Hops sung praises about the venue itself, the amazing mead, and the fantastic staff. I would highly suggest that if you need a place to host an event where you want to serve drinks you choose Honey and Hops. If you don't need to host an event but still want amazing atmosphere, amazing staff, and the best drinks in Front Royal I would highly suggest you head to Honey and Hops. We are from out of town, and the people were very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable and cute atmosphere! We got 2 flights and took 3 bottles home.

Stopped by yesterday while visiting family in town and had a great experience. I went from never having a mead I've liked to tasting 4 great options on a flight! Staff was the friendliest of any place we've been in this whole town- if we lived closer we'd go there all the time!

AMAZING! Their mead is wildly different from anything I have ever had before! Best mead I have ever had. Go and try this! Place is clean and staff is super friendly and answers questions.
