They attempted to fix my PC and told me and showed me that the AIO would not attach enough to touch the CPU, went to best buy and got a new one and it fit perfectly, reasonably priced. If they cannot fix it, you are not chargdd the full work hours. Glad to have chosen them, kind and respectful people there.

Amazing. This was my last resort stop on my new router after it "bricked" itself an update. Although he couldn't resolve our issue, he sold me a BETTER model, for the same price I bought the other one for. He was knowledgeable in his field of work and we even returned the old router to the original place of purchase so there was no money lost in the works of all this. There was other local shops around and available...but he was most welcoming and the lady on the phone was sucha doll to speak with, I felt the warmth and comfort in her voice. Will return and do recommend. If you were looking for professionalism as well as a sense of urgency I would suggest this place for your electronic needs

I would give Craig and Debbie 10 stars if I could. I took my laptop in with an odd problem. It took a bit to diagnose and ended up with that laptop failing entirely -- but in the meantime, they sold me a good refurbished laptop so I could get straight back to work, and they helped me make desicions about a server and backup setup. Their knowledge and good humor made my life easier and the bill was very reasonable.

Quick response to email inquiry. Same day turnaround for RAM upgrade/installation. Perfect experience for my Asbergers adult son. Thomas Grant, IV was definitely with us in spirit today smiling big at all of it. Thank you. Truly.

Could not be more pleased with the service I received. Went in with an older computer that was having major issues. Once it was determined that it couldn't be fixed, they helped guide me to a newer and faster refurbished one that they had for sale. They got everything switched over and it was literally just a matter of me plugging the new one in. Very pleased and will definitely be using this shop for all of my computer needs!

Our computer crashed on a Tuesday night. On Wednesday morning, I dropped the computer off and due to the age of it, I purchased a new desktop computer. Within a day, Craig had everything we needed transferred from the old computer to the new one. The price was VERY reasonable and it's comforting to know if I ever have a problem, they will stand behind their product. You don't get this kind of service from the big box stores or Amazon. Highly recommend!

I brought my 9 month old laptop in this past week, after it automatically installed Windows 11 back in October. The performance on my laptop since the initial Windows 11 install was slow and horrendous to say the least. After bringing my device to Royal Oak and leaving it with them for only a couple of short days, they managed to repair the issue and restore the performance to what it should be! I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a computer repair/IT problem. They don't try to recommend services or products that you don't need, and they will do their very best to get you back up and in running order as quickly as they can! They are fair, honest, and VERY reasonable when it comes to costs!

I had a 1 year old All-In-One computer (just beyond warranty of course) that began shutting off and restarting. I dropped it off to Royal Oak and they had it fixed within a few days at a very reasonable cost. While I was there, I found out that the laser toner I was buying from a "box store" was much cheaper at Royal Oak. I will be getting my ink and toners from Royal Oak Computers from now on!
