Sheetz

Came down to VA to visit my 94 year old grandma. She desperately wanted a tomato for her lox bagel and I saw Sheetz was open on the way to her house. I stopped in to ask for a tomato and they refused to sell me a whole tomato. Okay fine, I get it, they don't have that programmed into their system to sell. But then I requested a sandwich with just tomato, extra tomato slices, thinking I could just disassemble that for my grandma. They inexplicably refused to sell me a tomato sandwich. I later saw that I could have made a tomato sandwich on Uber eats so clearly it was possible. Thanks for depriving my 94 year old grandmas Christmas tomato for no reason.

Highest gas prices in town. Rode by today and gas was $3.19/gallon. Everyone else is around $2.90/gallon. Why people still go to this Sheetz is beyond me. Years ago, Sheetz always had the cheapest priced gas. Not anymore!

They will ALWAYS without fail, get something wrong with your order. Even in the app. Theres no way to get in-app credits, nor a refund. They'll make your sandwich with meats you didn't ask for, forget whole cups of fries, and theres nothing you can do. There wasnt even any eggs on my egg and cheese sandwich. And they added sausage to it instead?? Like??? How hard is it to read the ticket you printed, that you PUT ON THE SANDWICH YOU JUST MADE. Maybe yall should stop smoking so much weed before coming to work and TRY to do your jobs right. It's not that hard.

Words can not express how awful this sheetz is. Every single time i go in they forget my sauces, or they have absolutely no toilet paper in the women's bathroom, no lids for their large cups, the counters are always sticky, no one is ever at the register to help guests who pay with cash, the manager zack and that short chunky "alternative" girl always have a problem, always have a attitude. so while you may not get toilet paper, your food or a lid for your drink you will ALWAYS get attitude. I would like to add that they have no problems giving you TWO sauces you DIDNT ask for but when you ask for the correct sauce "you HAVE TO PAY". They also have no problem drenching your sandwiches in sauce to the point they fall apart the moment you pick them up. i could go on and on about my bad experiences here and from the other reviews it seems i'm not the only one disgusted in this place.

We usually make Sheetz our go to stop on trips - however - on this trip we were disappointed. Both the restrooms were filthy. In the men's room both toilets were clogged. Clearly - no staff member was responsible for keeping them clean and stocked. Avoid this location!

My fiance went to get gas and even tried to get the guy at pump one to stop and wait before pumping gas and he didn't he stole 50 dollars worth of gas from us and when we asked for a refund the manager said there was nothing they could do because it was done at a self check out I'm highly upset with this Sheetz and the manager....

JARED is such a sweet and kind employee!! My son really wanted a toy and i didn't have the money to afford it. He helped make sure my son still got that toy. Seriously made my 4 year olds night. I'm glad there are still people like that in this world!

I just tried to call the store to report this, but I get my tea there every morning before work and this morning it tastes like it has some type of cleaning product in it. Please answer the phone as it rang 50 times.
