Thanks to these people we lost our domain, we tried to move it to another registrand before the expiration date and they basically wasted our time without resolving anything or allowing us to transfer the domain name to another registrar. The renewal prices are exorbitant, practically a scam compared to other registrars. The customer service is a waste of time. I advise everyone who has domain services with this registrar to transfer their domain names to a reputable registrar as soon as possible. Don't wait until the expiration date approaches, because you'll end up losing your domain name.

Either they sell your information to Indian scammers or their whois privacy is seriously flawed. Either way, registering a domain through them has resulted in me getting nonstop calls from Indian "web development" companies. Avoid this company if you value your sanity.

Let me start with - ABBY IS EXCELLENT. Now let me explain what happened with my first phone call to Network Solutions today - My email was not forwarding to my gmail account. The first person I spoke to (I don't remember her name) said she would fix the forwarding. She told me that Network Solutions made an upgrade to their email and that the email accounts reverted back to default settings, so nothing was being forwarded. I asked if she could forward all the emails that had not auto forwarded. She said it was not possible. I asked when that system upgrade was done and she told me a month ago. I then asked for a specific date because I have 9,000 emails in the Inbox and the date would let me know how many emails I would have to manually review (confirm whether or not I received the email) and forward. She explained that not all mailboxes were done at the same time. They were done over a three month period. Now I was frustrated because first she said one month, now she says three months. So I asked her for the start date for all of the updates - thinking that it may still save me some time. She said she didn't have that information. I asked to speak to a supervisor (as nicely as I could at this point) and she said she would but that she would have to put me on hold. After being on hold for 1 hour I called the phone number I had for VIP Gold service and got Abby on the phone. I explained my issue with email and told her my email still wasn't forwarding. She fixed the email and did a test send to confirm that it was working. She too told me that they didn't have the information I was looking for, but she suggested a work around which was excellent. I still had the first call on hold. I explained the situation with the first person I spoke with and asked Abby if she could find out who it was because I was still on hold. I told her that someone needed to retrain the first person I spoke with because you don't leave a customer on hold for over an hour (I finally hung up that line after 1 hour and 31 minutes). She couldn't track it down, but she said she would have their team work on it if they could. Apparently the calls are recorded for training purposes.

I had the opportunity of working with Erica with My Time Support this afternoon and I wanted to pass on what a fantastic experience it was. I found her to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She understood exactly what I needed to accomplish and she effortlessly guided me through every step. What a fantastic reflection she is of the organization she works with, and for, Network Solutions. Five Stars is not enough for a most favorable rating.

I want to thank Abby personally for her resourcefulness and finding the 'network solution' to an issue that was causing huge problems for me. She is an invaluable employee. I've been a customer of Network Solutions for many many years. It has not always been an easy 'solution' however Customer Support will go to any length to resolve an issue, the representatives are polite and tech support extremely knowledgeable.

Lisa in the PA office saved your five-star rating. It would be less that one without her. I was transferred three times to My time and twice to email with each person giving me different answers. I spent over two & 1/2 hours before i got Lisa. She solved the issues in less that 20 minutes. a great communicator. All is solved now. Hope you and your employees have a great Thanksgiving.

I cannot say enough nice things about the woman who patiently stayed on the phone with me and walked me through fixing my outlook problem. I had not received my emails for 3 days and this kind woman stayed patiently on the phone with me until the glitch was corrected. I hope she wins the lottery as she certainly made my day! Easy to understand and patient. Network Solutions is blessed to have such a great employee.

Opened a new account with these guys today, proved infernally difficult to get the password set for the new account. Multiple calls and chats, very frustrating. Then I reached someone--Indian, from the sound of her accent--who was absolutely wonderful, got my password issue resolved in 5-10 minutes. So, the yin and the yang. Horrible long bumpy road with a satisfactory outcome and really competent support tech at the end. As should be obvious from the foregoing, this is a review of the customer interface at Network Solutions. Not a review at all of the technical quality of the web services I buy from them. Those all seem to work fine. It's the customer interface that is problematic.
