Psychz Networks - Ashburn

Needed a bunch of servers for our private cloud and Psychz offered us a nice quote for the setup. They also offered us assistance with the setup which really came in handy. Hardware is topnotch and no problems thus far, but setup did take quite a while. We had a few specific custom requests which was probably what took the staff a while to get them up and running. They offer a lot of different network carrier options which is definitely a plus. Overall good pricing, decent support, lots of options and pretty amazing customer service.

I found Psychz while searching for servers in Ashburn and found their pricing okay compared to other providers. It is not easy picking a provider and I have given up judging a provider based on price. With Psychz, i found price to be affordable while still getting good service. The setup time can be improved and more features can be added in their client area but I am satisfied with things so far. I really like it that they listen to your feedback and actually implement it down the road.

I wasn't familiar with Psychz, so I was hesitant to sign up with them. After doing extensive research on them and contacting their sales team, I am glad i took the step and signed up. The customer service is amazing. These guys really care about their clients and will go out of their way to assist them. When it comes to service, the network has been very stable and they offer tools to assist you with traffic control and ddos attacks. The firewall tool allows me to block ports, source, destination ip with just few clicks.

Multiple carrier option and they are able to offer lower latency for Asian countries. Tools like their edge layer acl allows me to control the traffic and find it very useful when under attack. Sometimes it's hard to understand the support staff over phone but these guys usually get things done. Waiting for new POPs to be opened, so we can expand and sale our service.
