Pros: What we liked most about Text P2P Our nonprofit vetted many peer-to-peer SMS text services and selected TextP2P based on affordability, great customer service, and data protection policies, all of which were a fit for our survey project. TextP2P is packed with step-by-step tutorials which makes it very user friendly. We are thrilled with the capability to launch a list campaign to a little under 1000 recipients efficiently and expediently. Overall Experience: Our overall experience with TextP2P has been great. While we are still preparing to launch our project, our first month of membership has been really great in terms of uploading our client list via a CSV file, obtaining preliminary information programming survey questions, and signing up for the account. Each MMS message for our survey costs 2 credits, so we created a formula specific to our project's estimated response rate, which was a little technical in terms of solidifying a cost estimate for our project budget. However, credit costs are reasonable and there is an auto-replenish option that's convenient for keeping the project on track. Additionally, there have been some bonus credit incentives from the company which we are very thankful for, such as the 100 credits for starting a 14-day trial subscription. TextP2P was working with us for a while prior to our organization opting to start our subscription, so we definitely appreciate the company working with us during our project research phase before we subscribed! We hope to continue our subscription long-term and to try other features offered by this program. Thank youTextP2P!
