I have been loyal customer since 2020. I never missed a payment and I never had a problem with their up until a couple of weeks ago. The pole that my signal was originally on was disconnected because they no longer owned the pole. Perfectly fine, if I had been warned ahead of time. There was no correspondence giving me such information or how they were going to rectify the issue. I called in to report that my internet had not been working for 24 hours, and that's when they informed me about the pole situation. I then asked what the next step was, and they said they would have to come out to realign the signal to another pole. They also informed me that I was not the only one affected by this issue. Again, perfectly fine... I was willing to wait for them to figure things out. I had to call twice to get an appointment for the realignment. I got the runaround on my first call, but then on my second call I told them if I didn't have an appointment by the end of the day I was going elsewhere with my business. After 17 days with no internet, I finally had an appt for them to come out today. Two hours into the appointment I was told that they couldn't get a clear signal to cut the internet back on and my picture is what I was left with. A four inch trench in my front yard that could have been avoided if (again communication) I had been asked to move my vehicle so they could get out. When I went out to move my vehicle and leave his words were "sorry, its a front wheel drive". Not an apology for driving on my grass and not an apology for putting a giant hole in my yard. I decided to call the office and further voice my complaint and tell them about the yard. I asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasn't one in the building. I have yet to get a call back and honestly feel brushed aside like my business doesn't matter to them. It's amazing how a good four year long experience can easily unravel within a matter of two hours. I feel that I tried to give them every benefit of a doubt only to end up with no internet and damage to my property.
Absolute garbage product and support. We just got fiber from River Street and called to cancel Seiontec. They want a 30 day notice notice. They bill in advance, so that means you are getting plowed in the shorts for a months service. Terrible customer service, terrible product, terrible company. Good riddance.
Ernie and Josh were at my home to work on an internet outage. They were polite, professional and helped me with all the equipment I needed to get my system back up and running. They were thorough and did the job in a timely manner. I appreciate their work.
Josh and Ernie were incredibly kind to spend their beautiful fall Thursday afternoon in our dim little office, fixing the phone. They were calm, friendly, and so patient with us as the office bustled on around them. Thank you so much, Josh and Ernie!!!
Josh and Kevin were very helpful today. They fixed issues that have long gone unresolved (conduit where it should be to prevent squirrel), climbed the tree to replace the radio, and made sure that everything was up and running properly before leaving. We discussed options for the best service and hopefully no further issues, for a while at least.

Josh and Kevin were very prompt in coming out to repair our internet line. They worked hard and they even had to climb a tall pine tree for the repairs. I was very pleased with their work ethics and thought they were considerate and patient (to a senior) explaining everything they were doing. Great job!
We had a problem with our WiFi signal and Jason and Ernie came out and went straight to the radio and found the problem and fixed it for us fairly quickly! They also suggested some things to prevent further issues and some safety tips! They were super friendly and my kids were very happy to have WiFi back!
