When my wife and I discussed getting security cameras for the house we envisioned something professional with no blind spots. We wanted the cables hidden so you could not see cables running up and down the sides of the house. We wanted a professional crew that gave us the confidence that the job would get done quick and done to our expectations. NTS knocked it out of the park! Greg, Tim, Steve and Brandon hit all of our expectations and more. Cables are hidden, camera quality is exceptional, angles look great and we couldn't be happier! The fact NTS had a 4 man crew might have been the most impressive part. An 8 camera wired set up with a NVR that could have taken multiple days took a 1/2 day. Then at the end of the day Tim took the time to help us connect the camera app to our phones. From what I know NTS does a lot of different networking jobs so I know we will be using them again for networking improvements around my business and so should you.

Initially, I had left an unfavorable review regarding my experience with Simmons/NTS regarding a desktop tower that had a hard drive issue and missing data. Once they saw my review, Carol at NTS responded immediately letting me know that what I had experienced was not up to standard and she would investigate and personally call me. When Carol got to the bottom of the problem on their end, she quickly called me explaining everything and was very professional and personable. She informed me that two NTS coworkers would be contacting me. Within hours on that very same afternoon, my desktop was up and running. The two coworkers, Nicholas and Chris, were amazing! Not only did they apologize but they went above and beyond to accommodate me and make things right. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They are good people and capable of great customer service.

We have been relying on NTS's amazing service for our networking and technology needs for years. Their response time is super quick, regardless of the time or day of the week. Their staff is always friendly, professional and extremely skilled in their respective areas of expertise. I am still trying to find a need that they can't fulfill!

Our company has been working with NTS for more than three years now and we continue to be thrilled with their services. We have many individuals in our organization who are not computer savvy and, without exception, their interactions with the NTS support teams has always been great. The support team is great at listening to the issues and finding solutions quickly. NTS has provided us both hardware and software support, security services and has advised us on our technology needs. All of the support personnel at NTS have been great. A special shout out to Brad, Patrick and Ryan for going above and beyond to make sure we are functional. Without reservation, we recommend NTS.

I came to NTS, having used Simmons Computers in 2013-2017, at which time Simmons provided excellent customer service. Simmons Computers had now merged with NTS so I pursued services with NTS. Much to my surprise, NTS did not conduct business to the level Simmons did. I would not recommend using NTS, as they are very disorganized and customer service is not a strong point.

We needed to get ten IP cameras and a few access points mounted in a huge warehouse, and a few data drops in the adjacent office. They were extremely accommodating to the office staff, even planning work around a holiday party. All of the work was quality, and the cameras look great.
