I would give zero i possible. this Company contacts me out of the blue with an amazing sounds job. talks it up for a week when they finally scheduled an interview for me, the job suddenly pays 3$ less an hour. then after the interview which i was told went great, they ignored me for a week and then told me i was in heavy consideration still but needed to wait. and wait.. and wait.. then i was ignored for a month. the Woman i was in contact with never answered her phone again. and the physical location had one person in it. (almost abandoned looking office) these guys will jerk you around for a month so you dont take any other options that come your way. (just so they still have the chance to make a buck off of you)

My recruiter (Erika Rivera). A job can have issues but if you have someone that is reliable and more than helpful then it's easier to deal with the negatives. I believe I have said this before, however I will say it again; she is the ONLY reason that I chose to work with Aerotek. After speaking with multiple employees of Aerotek, she is the only one that kept her word and COMMUNICATED effectively. Even when she made a mistake she stood on it and for that she has my respect. I suppose being able to put into a 401k isn't too bad also. Overall, even with the issues I had, I would still recommend Aerotek through Erika.

Aerotek is one of the best temp agencies, I have ever worked with. Daquan Romero truly went above and beyond in placing me with a job as quick as possible. He practically treated me like family from the very first day. He was diligent and patient willing finding me something that was suitable for me. The atmosphere at Aerotek is very welcoming and joyful. You can tell they genuinely care about what works for you, instead of just placing you at any job like most temp agencies do. My experience during the entire process was nothing less than exceptional. These guys are very time considerate and are willing to help you at any means necessary.

Through Aerotek I was able to find a job very quickly. My recruiter, Brianna Sutton worked extremely hard to help me find a job that met all my needs. She was very patient, she called me throughout the week and kept me updated and made sure I was prepared for my interviews. i had a very good experience.

I have tried for months to find a job with other employment agencies, job sites, etc. with no luck until I came to Aerotek. My recruiter, William Ellis, has been so kind, helpful and successfully helped me get a good job fairly quickly! Since coming to Aerotek, I've actually talked to a few people who are looking for jobs and have recommended Aerotek to all of them because I've had such a great experience. I actually had a wonderful experience with Aerotek, I worked for them for several months in a job that was perfectly suited to my needs. My recruiter was wonderful. Aerotek is more then a staffing agency. It's more of an open door to great opportunities. Within 2 days of applying I was interviewing for an awesome opportunity. My recruiter Jaris Scott was awesome. He answered my call on a Saturday! I went into the Newport News office with a question about orientation, Rachel dropped what she was doing to come out and assist me. There are many staffing agencies in the Tidewater area, however Aerotek is the only one that made me feel like I was an asset as opposed to the others that made me feel like I needed them.

Michael Harmon is my recruiter, and he is absolutely amazing! He has helped me with everything I needed to find a lasting career, and I would recommend him to anyone serious about finding a career to be proud of.
