I honestly do not know how there are so many great reviews. Support for VINMOTION product is almost as dreadful as the music on hold and the product itself. Executives choose not to notify customers of a business impacting critical data feed outage lasting for four days with zero accountability, no communication, no updates, and no estimated up time while they send out internal communication to employees. Dealer customers left to figure out there is a problem then try to determine where the problem lies and then call in to get the run-around from level-1 support already aware of the issue that is described as "system wide". You get what you pay for.

Dominion's Prime Response Reputation Management tool is amazing. We started using it for our Chevy store when GM made us aware of it. I worked with Adam Beer for a few months going over the stats and I was so impressed I then decided to sign up the rest of our stores in our Auto Group. I was very impressed with how the product worked; it's always hard to get customers to write a review after they get so much paperwork thrown at them during their delivery, and half the time our staff are so busy during that time of delivery that they forget to ask. This tool helps us get the reviews our sales and service staff deserve after all of their hard work they put in! It's so easy for the customer when they get the email, and incredibly easy for me to see it and respond right there in Prime Response's dashboard. Not only is the tool effective and easy to use, but Adam is so helpful and always there to take my calls and emails when I have questions. We go over everything on a regular basis and he always has tips for me to help make the most out of our subscription. I can say that we are very happy customers and thankful for Adam and Dominion!
