If we could give Orpheus zero stars we would. To say we had a terrible experience with Benjamin and his team at Orpheus is an understatement. A terrible experience that has drained our business and set us back for months to come. Benjamin promised us a website that would be SEO/Google friendly . Not only was it not delivered in the promised time frame but after the website finally went live, every SEO company we reached out to told us this website was built on an extremely outdated platform that companies used in the early 2000's and it would be extremely hard IF possible to rank for many different reasons. We will say that the website aesthetically looks wonderful so if you're just looking for a pretty site and have $16,500 to throw these could be your guys but if you are looking to show your business on google, run. We reached out expressing our concerns and though they did start making changes, the changes were still not up to standard. We did ask for a partial refund and they absolutely refused and found it "entertaining". At this point, we are letting the court handle this but I am writing this because I think people should be aware that Benjamin has his way to sell you the world but Orpheus is nothing but a scammy company with 3 employees preying on small businesses. Every review on here is fake with "local guides" rating their experience a 5 star.

I am a USAF retired MSgt. When I tell you in the trenches it doesn't matter who you are or where you come from -- I know empirically -- Orpheus has your back. They are focused, engaging and really smart! In a six-sigma paradigm -- they are defect-free. Ben recommended and migrated my site to my very own server -- without any work stoppage. If you're looking for a Team -- in a clutch -- they got you and they will not compromise their integrity or brand for hours... They also bring concepts to fruition and that makes the difference between website design and development and imagination. In a functioning interactive meta-environment, you need people. At Orpheus it begins and ends with you! Highly recommended.
