Bad experience during the initial phases where thankfully I had everything in writing (highly recommend with Torx!) in which I was told two conflicting things in writing. When I asked for clarification, I quoted the prior "promise" and asked if they could still fulfill this or not and let them know it would be a dealbreaker if they couldn't. That led to Christopher trying to turn the tables, being unwilling to work with us because things didn't "feel right" and he had a bad "gut feeling" about working with us. Yes, you know, if clients having the expectation that you'll follow through on promises you've made in writing gives you a bad feeling about working with them, that's probably a pretty big red flag for the client. Glad we found someone else to work with who we've had great follow through from!

I have been a very happy Torx Media customer since 2009. I recently decided to have my entire website rebuilt with a custom WordPress design in hopes of having more autonomy over my day to day content. I would not have felt comfortable trusting another other company with such an important and visible part of my business.
