Excellent work and on timely manner. Great group very informative and polite . They work on my son's Dell Alien computer laptop. Had taken it to Harrisburg geek squad and after having it for 3 weeks they told me they can't work on dell Alienware because of a deal they made with DEll . Then someone recommended LCC it was the best thing that happened to me.

After making several trips from Waynesboro on several different days for a laptop PC that kept randomly shutting down and restarting, owner Mark Bales contacted me to get further details on my unresolved problem. He immediately took the time to remote in and try to resolve the problem. After quite some time without a resolution he drove to my house to deliver and install a wireless adapter, waited on me to test several programs to make sure the problem was resolved and it now seems to be. Although it took awhile to get there, this was truly a great effort at "making it right." I am very grateful that Mark showed immediate concern for my problem. I work from home, and had been unable to meet my obligations for days. I am definitely a LCC customer for life. (I also want to thank the young lady who answered my call for getting Mark involved. She is extremely insightful. )

I've rode by this place so many times. I thought this business was a group of guys wearing black ties, white shirts...talking over your head, computer jardon. No, nothing like that. Let me say this... If I have any more computer issues...this is my FIRST STOP!!. Prices are affordable. If you asked the expected return of your equipment... The answer is honest and exactly what he says. I am no longer going to Amazon for anything computer wise, meaning equipment. This business, with its service has earned my trust. * I'm still looking for a good B&W printer.
