Matthew, our service technician, came out to set up the house with fiber, including a mesh router network to extend service outside. Highly recommended. He was incredibly attentive to our questions, with helpful communication and solutions. And, his craftsmanship in creating new line paths for cables/wiring and exterior mesh router mountings was excellent. Matthew and the team over the phone were true professionals and we are so happy with the outcome of their work.

Ben Scheier and Matt Freil were absolutely wonderful as they updated my internet to high speed fiber. Matt showed up for the appointment in the morning as planned, but my child had an emergency appointment. He was quick to reschedule for the same afternoon and was very accommodating. Ben was knowledgeable with the equipment install and explained how to use the new equipment thoroughly. Ben even took a couple second to fix my old rotary phone, which I had spent hours trying to figure out the issues. Very pleased with their customer service!

This provider has frequent transmission issues, particularly with Fox News and ESPN. If I could choose a different provider, I would do so IMMEDIATELY. Customer Service does a good job, but the Lingo Network itself is garbage.

Mattthew was an excellent technician. He was very thorough and neat. He made sure my wires were hidden the best he could . He explained how to work the app and set everything up for us. So far, it's super fast , no buffering issues ! We absolutely love the service and would recommend lingo mgw to everyone!!

Great experience with installation of fiber optic. The technician, Ben Scheier, was professional, knowledgeable and provided great explanations of the benefits and options available with our fiber optic service.

The installer, Ben Scheier, was very professional. My installation was not hard, but somewhat unusual compared to a typical install. They had some configuration issues getting the system to work with my layout, but Ben connected with another tech and got the issues resolved in a timely manor.
