Outstanding customer service. I was moving my modem. i received a text asking if i was having issues with my internet. They already knew my system was down and was asking. Now that is what i call A++++. Customer service.

Amazing customer service. I recently had renovations done and needed a tech out for some repairs to the line. I spoke with Laura initially who helped get the ball rolling. Hopefully I get the name correct but another person named Tommy called ready to fix my problem asap. The morning of the repair a tech named Matt arrived bright and earlier. Matt removed his shoes without me even asking when he saw the new floor. He had the line fixed within 15 minutes and verified everything was working 2 separate times before leaving. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

My experience with Livestream has never been anything less than outstanding. They have a customer portal that is simple, easy to navigate, and understand. Their customer service is something to be rivaled. Tommy calls back or comes out to check on an issue within 24 hours. He and the rest of the company are always friendly and professional. They don't treat their clients as a transaction, but instead they build relationships. I promise they are lightyears ahead of the other internet companies Strasburg has had to suffer through for the last decade.

I don't typically do reviews...but I'm so impressed with Live Stream LLC - that it needs to be done. Their service is is reliable, quick and relatively seamless...the very few times in over a year, I've had any issue...within an hour it's been resolved. Their customer service is just as impressive & reliable as the internet service! They are responsive, efficient and always nice to work with. Riley in the office is always cheery & helpful. Ronnie & Matt, the technicians we've dealt with always respond almost immediately and they always follow up at least once...if not twice to make sure all is working perfectly. Hands down, 10/10, I would recommend Live Stream to anyone needing internet service! They are top notch!!

Not sure what has taken so long to do this. But I made the switch in their early stages as VA Air from the local monopoly and I have zero regrets. Dealing with a local (Strasburg) company is so nice VS calling the monopoly and talking to someone in the next state over. A few kinks have needed to to be worked on and Va Air, now Live Stream, has been on top of it. I deal with Laura in the office and Matt at my home and I have nothing but great things to about them. With Matt's help we hooked up a router I purchased to help boost things some and he was very helpful. I have no issues at all suggesting you call them if you need an internet provider here. No big business and certainly no attempt at some kind of dish which I hear horror stories about.

The service is constantly losing connection, the site to the customer portal normally goes down at that time so you cant even report a problem, the customer service is ok but the service needs something done to stabilize the connection.

Great service. I have had this service for 2 years NO down time. Work from home and on internet 9-10 hours a day. Would highly recommend.

Fast, affordable, and reliable internet and the company has great customer service. Highly recommend!
