Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts

Very enjoyable experience. I attended a performance by Clint Black. He puts on a good show. Great interaction with his audience. Great venue, excellent acoustics. They added a new 3 story section with elevators for the handicapped. New restrooms and an expanded and improved concession stand. My only advice is to arrive an hour before the event if you want a good parking spot.

I tend to stay away from concerts because they can be so chaotic but my experience at Wolf Trap was so refreshing. The cleanliness and level of organization was truly amazing. The ushers were so polite and helpful. One of them even walked us right to our seats. I'd also definitely encourage doing the encore circle lounge. That was truly the cherry on top of an already wonderful evening.

Wonderful indoor/outdoor arena with great amenities and wonderful service. Most people have a picnic on the lawn before the show then either stay there for the show or enter the beautiful seating area. There is food and drink available but you are allowed to bring your own. We saw Beck with the National Symphony Orchestra and it was great.

Great venue to enjoy all different types of music and dramatic performances! Ability to bring in your own food and drinks (including alcoholic) is very nice (can also buy there). Recently visited for Daryl Hall and Elvis Costello.

We did the backstage tour and lecture on Catherine Filenr Shouse. Fascinating lady. The park rangers are excellent and knowledgeable

Amazing venue, it's large enough to host BBD and Boys II Men show. The food was pricey, as expected, but if you buy tickets to sit on the lawn you can eat and watch the show there. Food is not allowed in the seating area so you'll eat it before taking your seat. By the way, GREAT SHOW!

Reasonably priced tickets, free parking, plenty of staff to assist, makes this place a great concert venue. It's open on the slides, so no air conditioning or fans. Though the concert starts at 8, summer May feel hot and humid

Attended for a live episode of one of my favorite shows. Beautiful venue, and easy to see the screens after moving around. I would suggest arriving early should you be seating on the lawn. Good visibility locations fill in quickly, and there are spaces in the lawn section which offer little to no visibility of the stage. There were food options available on site, as well as beverage vendors. Parking was a bit of a trick, too. We parked outside of the lot on the roads surrounding the venue.
