Junket: Williamsburg Premium Walking Tours and Experiences

We just completed the We Shall Overcome: A Black History Experience and it is definitely history every person needs to know. There are ugly truths that are being taken out of educational books. This two hour tour takes you on a journey during the 18th and 19th centuries. Be prepared to walk and stay hydrated. Choosing to ignore the past will ensure others are doomed to repeat it. Thank you, Vince for speaking history into existence in the 21st Century!

Our late night tour of historic downtown Williamsburg was amazing. Our tour guide, Steve, was very outgoing and friendly! He interacted very well, joked, and was respectful of the history of the places we saw. It was fun to learn local history and legends during this tour, and even better to do the late night one so it's much more private and quiet without a ton of tourists during the day. Great value and great company

My husband and I had our tour on Friday the 13th with William and had such a great time! Will was extremely knowledgeable not only about the history of the people, time period, and buildings, but he had a lot of interesting information to share as a resident of the area. We learned so many cool and spooky facts! Will was also very fun and engaging and really had us hooked! We didn't see any specters, but definitely got some eerie vibes around certain houses; the college was especially foreboding. Definitely recommended if you are in the area!

My sister and I had a delightful tour with Vincent at the Williamsburg We Shall Overcome Black History Experience! Vincent is very knowledgeable and is passionate about making sure that we had the best time. We were very impressed with his presentation and he showed before and after photos of several of the historical slave sites, in-depth information about the former slave owners, slaves and their families. We recommend that all people should experience this tour. Especially African Americans that do not know the truth about our history in Williamsburg, Virginia. Vincent deserve kudos and we appreciate his patience and kindness. He also recommended The Cheese Shop and it was delicious. The sandwiches were fresh. I really recommend that more advertising efforts are made for the Black History Tour. The main thing that I got from this tour, was that even though Williamsburg's history of blacks and slaves was ugly and hard to accept, it is what it was and it's truth should be documented and shared in the school system and throughout the state of Virginia. Patrick was amazing! Very clear discourse. Easy to follow the line of his argument. Was sensitive to my desire to get out of the Sun. Made sure we wanted to hear ghost stories which I did. When I first had a vision to go see colonial Williamsburg from a book in Santa Cruz 20 years ago, wasn't sure how to do it, but this is what I'd envisioned. He was a very knowledgeable but also humble I'd like it if they don't know something for sure. But he answered all my questions. I learned a lot about the area. Well worth a 20 or 25 bucks!

Drink Williamsburg helped us with my son's bachelor party. We chose the private bus and added our guests on for a total of 10. Brian, our host and driver, was the perfect man for our group. He was informative, fun and a great driver. I highly recommend Drink Williamsburg if you're local or coming to the area your first time! We will definitely be repeat guests.

The tour guide was not at the designated location (left early) and to top it off although we were not give the tour we PAID for they refused to refund the money. We are going to take them to court. I reccomend that you do not book anything with the company.

We did a 1:00 pm brewery tour on Saturday with Brian. He was a fantastic host. His friendly demeanor, passion for his work and knowledge of each of the tour's stops was incredible. The presenters at all the stops were great as well. Had an excellent time !!
